Our goal is to make your car buying process as smooth and transparent as possible. Complete the transaction easily by following the detailed steps below.
Receive overseas vehicle purchase order.
Sign overseas sales contract. Overseas parties pay vehicle price or down payment to the domestic export company (currency to be agreed separately). Vehicle payment is transferred from overseas to a bank in mainland China, then transferred to the company's account, which takes approximately 2-3 working days. Information required from overseas car buyers: company name (name), phone number, address, confirmed destination country and specific city and port, specific vehicle requirements (reflected in PL).
Arrange logistics transportation from OEM to our company's site.
Pay vehicle price to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) according to the contract. OEM issues a used car sales invoice for the same amount.
After receiving payment, our purchasing company will purchase vehicles according to customer requirements.
Handle vehicle registration transfer to the export company's name at the vehicle administration office where the vehicle is located (transfer awaiting export).
Apply for export license.
After customs declaration and loading, the customer is responsible for confirming the bill of lading.
Determine the vehicle's departure port, destination port, and cargo dimensions, determine sea freight price or declare on the same day. After confirming the quote, arrange booking. After obtaining $/0 (SHIPPINGORDER). Arrange for vehicles to enter the port. They provide accurate bill of lading information, and customers collect and wait for their vehicles at the port themselves.
After receiving the remaining payment, arrange for telegraph release.
Deregister domestic vehicles.
